The Service uses AI to generate content tailored to your dietary preferences and goals. We are not a licensed nutritionist, dietitian, or medical provider. Content is for informational and convenience purposes only and should not be treated as medical or nutritional advice.

No content provided by Eat Magic should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Phone Number

Your account is tied to the phone number you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that number and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are stated at checkout and may change with advance notice. You may cancel at any time through your account management page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

6. SMS Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Eat Magic at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will suspend your Service, as SMS delivery is core to the product.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineering the Service, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the Service's infrastructure.

8. AI-Generated Content

Grocery lists and meal suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations for your specific health situation. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eat Magic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
